Available Payment Methods in the ARBER Online Store
Currently, the following payment methods are available for ordering products in the ARBER online store:

Cash on Delivery (COD) – payment upon receiving the order (at the courier delivery or pickup point of the carrier).
Bank Card Payment – online payment via the ARBER website.
Payment in an ARBER Retail Store – available when choosing the "Pickup" delivery method (if the product is available in the selected store).
FREE DELIVERY
For orders from 200 GEL – free delivery to the carrier’s branch.
For orders from 250 GEL – free courier delivery.
Delivery Methods
Delivery to the carrier's branch – the package is stored at the branch for up to 5 days.
Address Delivery (Courier) – order delivered to the specified address.

Delivery Time
Shipping within Georgia – within 1-2 business days after order processing.
Delivery time – up to 2 days after the package is handed over to the carrier.

✔ Check the packaging and product integrity upon receipt!
If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact ARBER's support service on the day of receipt.

? The package is stored at the carrier's branch for 5 calendar days.
On the 5th day, the package is automatically returned to the sender.

☎ If the recipient is absent at the specified address, the courier will contact the recipient by phone, wait for 15 minutes, and then leave. The customer will be notified again of the failed delivery attempt.
