Exchange and Return of Goods Purchased via the ARBER Online Store in Georgia
We strive to make online shopping as convenient and pleasant as possible!
Sometimes a product may not match your expectations in terms of style, color, size, or other characteristics. That is why YOU CAN ALWAYS EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER DELIVERY by sending it back through FedEx Georgia.
When is a Return Not Possible?
The return and exchange of goods are not accepted if:
More than 14 days have passed since the order was received.
The completed "EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM" with the reason for the return, as well as a receipt or other proof of purchase, is missing.
The product is not fully packaged: missing receipt, original packaging, labels, or tags.
The product has been used, lost its original appearance, its consumer properties have changed, or its seals and labels have been damaged.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned: socks, tights, underwear, swimsuits, shoe care products, accessories (hair clips, earrings, etc.), and items with individual markings.
Returning an Order via the Delivery Service
Complete the "EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM", which was included in the package, and attach the receipt.
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all components. Items sold as a set must be returned together.
If the item does not fit in terms of size, color, style, etc., the return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
If the wrong size was sent or the item has a manufacturing defect, the return shipping cost is covered by ARBER.
Exchange or return is ONLY possible via the delivery service to the ARBER warehouse from which the package was originally sent.
IMPORTANT!
The original packaging must be undamaged (without tape, inscriptions, stickers, or any other elements that could spoil the product's appearance).
If the packaging or product is damaged (visible wear, stains, dents, etc.), ARBER reserves the right to deduct 10% to 30% of the product's cost, depending on the defect.
The cost of delivery is non-refundable!
How to Return a Product?
Visit the nearest FedEx Georgia office.
Send the item along with the completed "EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM".
After receiving and verifying the returned item, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
You can collect your money at any FedEx Georgia branch, by presenting a valid ID (Georgian passport).
