Remember that the table is indicative, and the insole length is illustrative, as the size and cut may vary.
In the card for each product, there is a link to the size table, which indicates the sizes for each product category and the corresponding measurements of body parts.

If the customer's information is entered correctly and does not require clarification by the manager, the order will be processed AUTOMATICALLY. You will receive an SMS with the TTN number.
If the manager needs clarification on the order, you will be contacted by the contact number by phone or by a message in the Viber messenger.
If you want to change your order after it is confirmed, you will need to cancel the current order and place a new one.

You can try on the goods at the carrier's branch (Nova Poshta). The parcel can be stored at the post office for 5 days.
In the case of courier delivery by the carrier's service (Nova Poshta).
When picking up from the store of the ARBER retail chain (subject to the order of ARBER brand goods and provided that the product selected by the client is in the retail store). The reserve period for pickup is 2 days.

With a large order, the goods will not always be available at one warehouse, and in order not to violate the terms of dispatching the order, it can be sent from different warehouses by several invoices. You pay only for 1 shipment according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta, regardless of the number of invoices sent.

Currently, delivery is only possible by Nova Poshta:
- To the branch (shelf life 5 days);
- Address delivery (Courier).
Before paying for the parcel, you can open the parcel and inspect its contents.
Shipping within Ukraine is carried out within 2-3 business days from the moment of order processing.
The delivery time of the order is 3-4 days from the moment the parcel is handed over to Nova Poshta.
*Delivery times are INDICATIVE.

Free delivery is carried out for orders from 3000 UAH to the Nova Poshta branch!
Orders by Nova Poshta courier from 3500 UAH are delivered free of charge!

At the moment, the following payment methods are available for goods ordered in the ARBER online store:
Cash on delivery (at a branch of Nova Poshta or by courier delivery).
Payment by Visa / Mastercard directly on the website (WayForPay service - bank card, Privat24 system, bank terminal).
Payment in the ARBER retail store when choosing the 'Pickup' delivery method when ordering (if the product is available in the selected store).

Of course, we can ship internationally if the order and shipping are fully prepaid.
International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the country of destination. Please check the duty-free limit for parcels from abroad and the customs clearance conditions in advance, as we do not cover the cost of customs clearance and do not refund customs clearance. Refusal of an already shipped parcel due to unwillingness to clear it means that the funds paid for the delivery of the order are non-refundable, and the customer will be refunded only the payment for the goods. We deliver to all countries of the world except Russia and Belarus.
You can place an order online or write to us to tell us what you want to order. After placing your order, please email us at ecommerce@arber.ua with the recipient's name, phone number, email, and full address (all data must be written in Latin). We will calculate the cost of delivery and send you a link to pay, including the cost of the order and delivery. The cost of delivery is calculated according to Nova Post tariffs. Delivery time is 3 weeks or more.

PLEASE NOTE!
Upon receipt, check the integrity of the parcel! In case of any problems, inform the ARBER support operator on the day of receipt of the parcel!
The parcel is stored at the carrier's office for 5 calendar days (on the 5th day, it is automatically returned to the sender).

Usually, the funds are returned in the way that you specified in the Return/Exchange Act. If the method of refund is not selected, the method of refund depends on the method of payment for the goods:
- if the payment was made by card on the website, then the funds will be returned to the same card from which the payment was made;
- if payment was made upon receipt, the refund is made by money transfer via Nova Poshta.
Funds are refunded within 10 business days after the store receives the return and creates a refund request. You need to contact any branch of Nova Poshta, give your phone number and show your passport as a citizen of Ukraine, which you indicated in the Exchange/Return Act, and you will be able to receive a money transfer. The funds are kept at the branch for 30 days.

To clarify the status of your refund request, you can contact the ARBER Care Department by phone at 0800 333 083, by number 0936419957 in the Viber messenger or in the Telegram chatbot.

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel, you need to:
1. Fill out the 'ACT FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN OF GOODS', which was enclosed in the parcel, and additionally attach a sales receipt. In the Act, you must indicate your contact information and fill in the 'Goods for Exchange' block.
2. Carefully pack the goods in the original packaging in full (goods supplied in a set must be returned only in full).
3. Send the goods to the same Nova Poshta branch from which you received the parcel. You can also use the Easy Return service in the Nova Poshta app. To do this, you need to find the invoice under which you received the parcel in the application, open it and select 'Easy Return.' The return invoice is generated automatically. This service is free of charge. Or provide the following information to the NP operator:
Recipient - ARBER FASHION GROUP LLC, EDRPOU - 44768060. Legal entity - Plitsyn Igor Igorevich Phone number - 0683438628. Cash on delivery is NOT required. Delivery will be at your expense, as the size did not fit you. After sending it, please inform us of the TTN number.

Please note!
If the goods do not fit in size, color, style, etc., the EXCHANGE/RETURN when sent via Nova Poshta is carried out at the expense of the client.
When sending a size that differs from the order or when sending defective goods, the client does not pay for the delivery services of Nova Poshta.

Please note!

Cases in which we cannot accept returns:
1. After 14 days from the date of its receipt.
2. In the absence of a completed 'ACT OF EXCHANGE/RETURN OF GOODS' with the reason for the return, as well as a payment document issued to the buyer together with the goods sold.
3. If the return is incomplete: lack of a sales receipt, packaging in which the goods were delivered to you, tags, labels, etc.
4. If the product was used and its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels were not preserved.
5. The following goods are not subject to exchange/return, the list of which is determined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994.

All customers have the opportunity to pay with bonuses:
✔️ up to 40% of the cost of goods from the new collection
✔️ up to 20% of the cost of goods at a discount (except goods Stock)

Get 20% cashback in bonuses from the cost of all purchases.
These bonuses become active only the day after the purchase!
The bonuses are valid for 180 days.

We give a Welcome bonus (credited once) to a new member.
After registration in the chatbot, we credit 1000 bonuses to the customer's card.
They become active immediately and are valid for 3 days!

We give each customer 3,000 birthday bonuses.
Birthday bonuses are valid for 8 days and are credited the day before the event.

The certificate is NOT subject to exchange or refund!
Money for a gift certificate is NOT refundable.
